Database connection issue through server connect and data bindings

The site uses php 5.3, and I can connect ok to the database using other programs (navicat for example)
Can you advise?

Hello,
I hope you understand that a desktop software (navicat) is something totally different than connecting to your database using PHP, so you cannot really compare them.
The error message you provided only shows that there is some issue with your server config. Make sure your server has PHP PDO driver installed and enabled.
Also ... do not post screenshots displaying username and passwords in the forums, as they are public and your database might get "hacked"...
