Changing the bottom value in .nivo-caption section of the css file causes the text box tp jump around from image to image if the descriptions are of varying length.

Is there some way to locate the TOP of the caption box at the exact bottom of the image?

Similarly I would like the ability to move the thumbnails off of the image if possible.

Also, I am looking for the documentation for this extension and have not found it, please advise.

got the location thing sorted.

bottom:-100px;
height:90px;

would still like to find the documentation though. I'm puzzled as to why the app generates 3 images because it does not seem to use BIG at all.

It does not seem to work however with Featured. Regardless of the value I have for bottom, it appears 20px rom the top of the image.

Hello Bart

Here is a link to the FAQ on styling the nivo slider:
www.dmxzone.com/go?18802

Featured has an additional css file called featured.css located in /Styles/nivoSlider/featured and there nivo-caption has a property top set to 10px.

Thank you for the tip on the Featured style. I had already found the css styling link but of course this one was not mentioned.

I still would like to see an answer on this:

"I'm puzzled as to why the app generates 3 images because it does not seem to use BIG at all."

I cannot find any documentation explaining the 3 image sizes. It creates 3 sizes, but seems to only use 2.

Hello Bart,

I'm sorry.

The third Image is created if you like to have a dmxLightbox link generated automatically to the original Image ( or that third created).
