How to create internal link that go to #id_element?

When I try to create internal page link, editor subsitute my internal link (es. #id_element) with link of the interface page (es. edit_page.asp?id_page=1#id_elment).I I mannualy change in html mode this link, when I save the page, editor replace my code...
how I can do it?
