In order to enable the files upload functionality into the editor, you need to have:
Pure ASP Upload 3: www.dmxzone.com/go/12064/pure-asp-upload-3
OR
Pure PHP Upload 3: www.dmxzone.com/go/21571/pure-php-upload-3
Installed in your Dreamweaver.
