I have HTML ediror 3 and Id like to add a button to my page when clicked will copy a specific table layout in HTML to the editor and show it as HTML so the table is seen and not the code..

Is this possible?

Id like to add a button to the page that has the HTML editor in the users browser.

When the user clicks the button I want a table with merged cells to appear in the editor the way the editors built in table buttons work but without all the table properties.

Its not a special table but it has merged cells and is quite big and I generally paste them in for the user remotly to assist but if the user could do it themselvesby clicking a button or a link it would be fab!!

Im guessing there would need to be a javascript function within the editors files of some kind that I could call on and pass my html table code to? Well this is what Im hoping. If so how? :-)

Unfortunately this is not included in Advanced HTML Editor options.

Aww thats a shame :-(
