new here so bare with me... using dreamweeaver 4 and trying to create a page for readers to download video clips, shareware, mp3 files ect.....
have not got a clue where to start can any one help

my suggestion:
upload your video clips to youtube.com
upload your shareware to sourceforge.net/
upload your mp3 files to a audio sharing platform
optional step:
create a simple web page e.g. with pages.google.com/
and publish links to your files

unless you learn html and css, there are numerous online tutorials.
