error using pure php upload

HiNot sure where the Pure php Upload support forum is located.
Have a page which updates record with the Pure PHP Upload behaviour on it. Was working fine but now I'm getting this error message:
Not enough permissions
File ../1mages/leaping-deer_100w.jpg can not be created,
Set the permissions of the parentmap correctly
Please correct and try again

Check the tutorial under the help button of the UI on how to set the permissions.
